RENTAL & GUEST REGISTRATION

 

Owners who rent their property and owners who lend their property to non-paying guests, for overnight stays, must first complete a Rental & Guest Registration [Form #002] through the portal at https://portal.snowlinecc.com/. This form includes contact details for the paying renters or non-paying guest(s), emergency contact details and license plates of all associated vehicles. 

 

The Form 2 Rental & Guest Registration is found under the CREATE FORM 2 tab on the portal and must be completed fully. ALL vehicle license plates must be provided for the community's safety and security. If you have already registered rentals in the portal without license plates, this can be updated or revised until checkout.

The portal does NOT allow backdating on Form 2 Rental & Guest Registration, so the form must be completed before guest checkout. We understand this is a new process, and it's easy to forget. Therefore, we offer a one-time exception: if an owner emails compliance@snowlinecc.com within 3 days of their booking departure, we will waive the fine on this occasion. This is in addition to the existing one-time waiver for failing to file Form 2.

RENTALS BILLING & PAYMENTS

 

A rental fee of $36.50 per occurrence is paid as part of Form 2 Rental & Guest Registration completion. Please note that late payments will incur interest.

 

All rentals for the month are totalled and billed on the first day of the following month.

• For example, rentals from February 1 to February 28, 2025, will be totalled and billed on March 1, 2025. Once billed, an alert will appear on the main page of your account when you log in: a large orange bar for upcoming payments or a red bar for overdue payments. Payment is due within 30 days, by March 30, 2025.​​

If you rent through an agency, it remains the owner's responsibility to ensure that all rentals and guests are properly registered. Failure to comply will result in fines.
